The agreement between you and xRM365 Ltd when you use GoPreach.
In plain English
GoPreach is a free web application built by xRM365 Ltd to help congregations of Jehovah's Witnesses organise public-witnessing campaigns. We offer it on a goodwill basis and don't charge for it.
You may use GoPreach only if you are 18 or over, legally able to enter into a contract under the law of England and Wales, and either an active member of a participating congregation or otherwise invited by a Campaign Administrator.
You agree to use the app honestly — don't harvest other volunteers' data, don't upload photos of people without their permission, and don't try to bypass the role-based access controls. We may suspend accounts that don't follow these rules.
Because the service is free, our liability is limited. We are not responsible for decisions you take based on information in the app, for the actions of other users, or for incidents that arise from taxi shifts. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
GoPreach is not affiliated with Watchtower Bible and Tract Society, the International Bible Students Association, or any branch office of Jehovah's Witnesses.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers resident elsewhere in the UK may also bring proceedings in the courts of their home country.
