In plain English
xRM365 Ltd is responsible for the personal data you give us when you use GoPreach. We use your name, email, phone, congregation and role to coordinate your part in a public-witnessing Campaign.
Your congregation name reveals your religious belief, so we treat it as special category data under UK GDPR Article 9 and ask for your explicit consentto process it. You can withdraw that consent at any time.
We don't sell your data, share it with advertisers, profile you, or take automated decisions about you. We use a small number of carefully chosen sub-processors (Supabase, Resend, Vercel, Anthropic, Vimeo, hCaptcha, what3words and Google Maps Embed) to run the service.
We delete your personal data within eight weeks of a Campaign ending. Structural Campaign data (locations, shifts, training videos) is retained so the next Campaign can be cloned.
GoPreach is not affiliated with Watchtower Bible and Tract Society, the International Bible Students Association, or any branch office of Jehovah's Witnesses. It is a campaign-team initiative built by xRM365 Ltd.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and the right to withdraw consent. To use them, email privacy@gopreach.co.uk and we will respond within one calendar month.
Complaints
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
